Papelpop

Not only was I the first straight guy on the Um Milkshake Chamado Wanda podcast - I also worked as a writer and reporter for the site. :)

After years writing for my own site, I stepped out of my comfort zone and joined Papelpop, one of Brazil's biggest pop culture websites.

Well, actually: first I freelanced, covering Rock in Rio 2017's second week. The following year I became a regular - writing stories I'm really proud of like this one about The Rock discussing depression; Paramore's incredible Rose-Colored Boy performance on Colbert; celebrating 20 years of Lauryn Hill's masterpiece; and this Spielberg must-rewatch list.

In 2019 while at Twitter Brasil, I even scored a phone interview with M. Night Shyamalan about AppleTV+'s Servant. See how it went here. :)

DJ Debut!

Papelpop also launched my DJ journey - first during intermissions at the Keep Calm, São Só Zumbis showcase at 22o Cultura Inglesa Festival, then opening 2018's Halloween VHS party. :)
